Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy of Dragonstyle Herbs, Acupuncture and Holistics
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, we as a business are at a loss, therefore you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the full fee.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Failure to pay the cancellation fee will mean we can no longer accept bookings from the individual owing the cancellation fees.
Dragonstyle Herbs Acupuncture and Holistics reserves the right to cancel any appointments should unforseen events dictate, all appointments will be rescheduled subject to availability or fees paid will be refunded if no suitable alternative is found.
